On 20 September 2016 LJ Hooker launched its new charity, the LJ Hooker Foundation, to manage the significant funds raised by its network of 600 offices across Australia.
Sunday 3rd March 2019 was the Clean Up Australia Day and the Twin Waters Residents Association (TWRA) organised for local residents and visitors to meet at Baywater Drive Park at 8:00am to join in the clean up of our gorgeous suburb.
The annual under 8's Day celebration at the Pacific Paradise State School was held on the 21st June 2019 and it was another massive hit. The purpose of the under 8’s day is about revelling being under the age of 8 and creating awareness of services, activities and organisations from our 4564 regional community that was directed at children and support their families.
It is with great sadness that LJ Hooker Twin Waters decided to cancel the annual Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for 5th April 2020, due to the COVID-19 global pandemic. We hope that we will be able to hold this fantastic community event again in 2021.
