Emergency Maintenance during the holidays:
If you have emergency maintenance and you cannot get a hold of our office (after hours/public holidays/weekends) please contact the emergency tradespeople listed on your current lease (page 2) in the first instance. If you cannot get a hold of them or if they cannot help you, please contact another suitably qualified tradesperson and advise us via email of what has happened. Please ensure the maintenance is classified as emergency according to the RTRA Act 2008.
